Efrocine's sculptural silk paintings of "Living Art" have brought her international recognition and acclaim for the past 30 years. As a winner of numerous international competitions, the "Living Art" collection of silk icon images have appeared on numerous TV programs, theater presentations, concerts, dance performances and national galleries including F.I.T. in New York, the Textile Museum and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C., just to name a few. Efrocine has also worked with the prestigious Corcoran School of Art and Design alongside Andy Warhal as a judge in numerous art competitions. The "Living Art" Silk Collection has toured in the United States, Europe, Asia, Fiji Islands, Australia, the Chrysanthemum Festival, Kaifeng, China, Athens, Greece and the Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem. These paintings reflect a rare experience of spiritual ambience in concerts, dance theater and celebration festivals. Just as a butterfly jubilantly spreads its wings as it emerges from its cocoon, the silk paintings of "Living Art" burst forth into the exquisite eloquence of silent music.
